Refund policy
Credit packs are a one-time purchase. Here is when you can get your money back.
Last updated October 21, 202614 days for unused packs
If you buy a pack and have not used any of its credits, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase. Once a credit from the pack has been spent, the pack is no longer refundable.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from the address on your account, with the receipt or the date of the purchase. Refunds go back to the payment method you used and usually show up within 5 to 10 business days. Stripe, which processes the payment as the merchant of record, may also handle refund requests through Link support within 60 days of the purchase.
Failed notes never cost a credit
If a note fails to generate, the credit (or free note) is returned to you right away. If you were charged for a note you never received, write to us and we will put the credit back.
What is not refundable
- Credits that have already been spent on notes.
- Packs bought more than 14 days ago.
- Accounts closed for breaking the terms.
